Watching television. Don't beat yourself up about tuning into your favorite sitcom---it may ust make you feel better about yourself. A study from the University of Pennsylvania found that watching television an relieve stress and boosts your self-image

Not stretching before a workout.
Studies show that stretching prior to exercise does not prevent injuries, and may cause tiny muscle fiber tears. Experts suggest stretching after a five to 10 minure warm up or saving your strch for post-work-out

Eating all day long.
Sticking to a three solid meals isn't the smartest eating plan. Instead,graze often throughout the day to keep your metabolism revved up, says Cindy moore, RD diretor of nutrition thearapy at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio. Keep calories in check by limiting yourself to 3 -100 calorie healthy snacks a day.

Playing computer games
. Games like Scrabble or Tetris are not a waste of time. In fact, playing them for even 5 minues a day can improve your memory and critical thinking skills, says David Perlmutter, MD FACN, coauthor of The Better Brain Book
